Job Overview

Position Summary: Construction Cost Estimator

This role focuses on the Metal Stud, Drywall, Stucco, and Plaster sectors. Experience in Construction Estimating is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will independently perform precise quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing bid packages with attention to detail.
  • Creating scopes of work and pricing through effective communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Establishing and maintaining organized project files and documentation.
  • Drafting Proposal letters.
  • Contributing to the development and upkeep of estimating processes and methodologies.

Proficiency in On Center Software (Quick Bid) is preferred, along with experience in Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet, and MS Word.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.
