As a Community Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your primary focus will be on managing multiple tasks simultaneously, providing support to customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

A typical day at IWG involves interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds, resolving their queries, and ensuring that all services are properly charged for accurate invoices. You will also be required to sort mail, assist with printing and invoicing, and troubleshoot technical issues. In addition, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to plan and execute networking events, promoting our community and services to potential customers.
