We are seeking a skilled Community Liaison to join our team at Prime Home Developmental Disabilities Services. As a Community Liaison, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships between our organization and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our services and programs.
- Conduct Outreach Activities: Plan and conduct outreach activities, including meetings, presentations, and events, to engage with community members and promote our services.
- Identify and Develop Opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand our services and develop new programs that meet the needs of our community.
- Represent the Organization: Serve as a representative of Prime Home Developmental Disabilities Services at community events, conferences, and other public gatherings.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in community outreach, relational sales, or business development in healthcare, social services, or behavioral health.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate honestly, directly, and professionally, and experience in CRM or practice management systems.
What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
