Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently organize and file patient medical records.
- Retrieve and process requests for patient information from healthcare providers and authorized personnel.
- Input and update patient information in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ensure the accuracy of data entry to maintain high-quality patient records.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.

Requirements:
