Job Title: Security Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
  • Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
