HR Workday Integration Specialist Leader

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Integration Developer to join our team at Efficus, Inc. This role involves mentoring and upskilling a current employee, sharing expertise and best practices to foster growth and expertise within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining both inbound and outbound integrations within the Workday HCM module using Workday Studio. Proficiency in connector integrations, advanced XSLT, and securing integrations is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor a team member in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining both inbound and outbound HR integrations using Workday Studio.
- Provide advanced XSLT training, helping the team member learn how to transform and manipulate XML data within integrations.
- Guide the team member in implementing security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Oversee and support the team member in identifying and resolving issues related to integrations, ensuring they can provide ongoing support for smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in building and editing integrations using Workday Studio.
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing connector integrations.
- Expertise in writing advanced XSLT, including ETV and XTT elements.
- Experience in securing integrations, including PGP encryption, to ensure data protection.
