Your Role

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Guest Relations: Creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism.
  2. Team Leadership: Supervising and training host/hostess staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  3. Organization and Coordination: Maintaining a well-organized seating chart, optimizing table turnover, and monitoring waitlists during peak periods.
  4. Communication: Collaborating effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Problem Solving: Resolving issues related to reservations, seating, and guest concerns with ease.
