Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Work Order Management: Complete daily assigned work order follow-ups, create new follow-ups for self or others on the team, and escalate when necessary.
- Client and Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, communicate via phone and email to follow up on work orders, and respond to client/vendor inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve client or vendor issues, provide support to the team, and perform other related duties as assigned.
- Time Management: Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Experience: One year of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Skills: Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Internet research tools, and ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Education: High School/College experience or related industry experience a plus.
