Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and creative Entry-Level Software Engineer to become a part of our Sensor and Systems Business Unit. This role is ideal for individuals currently pursuing a degree or possessing equivalent experience in software engineering or a related discipline. The primary responsibilities will involve the development of AI agents, research on large language models (LLMs), and the creation of rapid prototypes to enhance our pioneering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a diverse team to design and enhance AI agents, contributing to multiple phases of the development process.
  • Engage in research on large language models (LLMs) to investigate new techniques and methodologies aimed at improving AI functionalities.
  • Participate in the conceptualization and development of rapid prototypes, transforming innovative concepts into operational software solutions.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices in software engineering.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing support for testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Contribute to team discussions, offering fresh insights and actively engaging in brainstorming sessions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or possessing equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models.
  • Strong analytical skills and a readiness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Capability to work independently, managing time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position typically falls between $53,600 and $99,600, reflecting the candidate's experience, location, and other relevant factors.
