Key Responsibilities:- Analyze production schedules and customer demand to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure inventory costs are aligned with financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement inventory management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality systems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the team.
- Run reports to ensure data accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
- Act as a backup for the Scheduler.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum three (3) years of inventory management experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and balance customer and company-focused issues.
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$27.00.
- Full-time, non-exempt position.
- Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.
