Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze production schedules and customer demand to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure inventory costs are aligned with financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement inventory management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to the team.
  • Run reports to ensure data accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Act as a backup for the Scheduler.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of inventory management experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and balance customer and company-focused issues.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $20.00-$27.00.
  • Full-time, non-exempt position.
