Your Role:

In this capacity, you will be responsible for translating IT program objectives into actionable roadmaps. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams and with senior leadership will ensure that program goals are met. You will engage with clients to gather, comprehend, and monitor their activities, influencing the development of the IT Strategy and Roadmap while driving continuous enhancements to products, services, and standardization of IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between technology and business end-users, leveraging over 4 years of experience.
  • Define, document, and track resource scheduling requirements to guarantee resource availability.
  • Develop strategic plans or roadmaps that align with organizational goals.
  • Communicate project status and methodologies to team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
  • Analyze and manage project risks and issues proactively.
  • Oversee client IT expectations and satisfaction while managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Possess a TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow solutions.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • PMP Certification.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
