National Accounts Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Assist the sales force in establishing new accounts and providing support to existing ones.
- Work closely with Fastenal branches to resolve pricing, order processing, and billing issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Provide regular reports to customers and sales teams on sales trends, margin improvements, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the National Accounts Team, other departments, and Fastenal's branches to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience in administration or customer service.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
