Job Title: RV Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused RV Sales Associate to join our team at Bish's RV, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and follow a proven sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Create opportunities through various channels, including phone, text, email, and social media
  • Identify customer needs and interests to match them with the right RV
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support
  • Assist with shows and events for the dealership to showcase our products
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use various computer-based systems to support the sales process
  • Relevant background in sales and/or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays
