  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  • Assist in maintaining the good working condition of store equipment and ensure that end-caps, dump bins, and feature displays are properly merchandised and maintained.
  • Ensure each customer receives amazing service, adhering to the Helpful Customer Service behaviors and mystery shop standards.
  • Greet customers as they enter the store, answer phone calls, and maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
  • Accurately and efficiently ring on registers, maintain all cash at registers, and ensure the orderly appearance of the register area.
  • Solicit customers to open an Ace Rewards card and issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
  • Attend mandatory monthly store meetings and perform other responsibilities as assigned by store management.
Requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 14 years or older.
