Visual Merchandising Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at R.W. Mercer Co. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that showcase our products and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative visual merchandising concepts that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product design, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency.
  • Plan and implement seasonal and promotional product displays that attract customers and drive sales.
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the curve and enhance our brand positioning.
  • Conduct store visits and provide guidance and support to retail staff on merchandising best practices.
  • Analyze visual merchandising performance metrics and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage visual merchandising budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in visual merchandising to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative visual merchandising concepts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
  • Must be located in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
