Job Summary

AutoZone is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise, answering product questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store.
  • Utilize AutoZone's systems and tools to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
