Job Title: ELV Client Success Specialist

Early Learning Ventures (ELV) is seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our Business Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting early childcare programs and making a difference in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to early childcare programs, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests about ELV's shared services products and services.
  • Deliver training on products and services to early childcare program directors and staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize our web-based software system, online resource platform, and third-party financial services solution.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training content for both in-person and online trainings, ensuring it is engaging and effective.
  • Support the retention of existing early childcare clients, providing onboarding and implementation support for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in various reporting databases and prepare product and service reports, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback and reinforcement regularly.
  • Follow project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of requirements and project specifications.
  • Maintain thorough follow-up with customers, direct reports, team members, and the entire organization.
  • Assist with technology product updates and quality assurance, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-team work as needed, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Assist with occasional translations, leveraging language skills to support clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client support and follow-ups, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Detail-oriented and results-focused, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly, with a strong aptitude for technology.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service, data entry, and product training.
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service, data entry, product training, with a strong ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, with a strong ability to navigate multiple browsers, tabs, and windows.
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems and cloud-based applications, with a strong ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, with a strong ability to utilize technology to track client support and follow-ups.
Remote Office Requirements:
  • Dedicated private workspace on remote workdays, with a strong ability to maintain a professional work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 90 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 15 Mbps, with a strong ability to maintain a stable and secure connection.
