Executive Chef Lead

About Us: Palisociety is a fully integrated hospitality company that develops and operates unique hotels and residences across the country.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Lead to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage the back-of-house team, and assist the Chef de Cuisine in running a fiscally responsible kitchen at our ARRIVE Albuquerque hotel. As an integral part of our culinary team, you will embody our brand's commitment to trusty service standards and delicious, reliable meal service.

Responsibilities: Supporting the Chef de Cuisine by ensuring labor and food cost targets are met; Running an efficient, productive, and professional kitchen on a day-to-day basis when CDC is not present; Creating a daily log to effectively communicate with the CDC, Director of Restaurants, and other colleagues; Developing a passionate and effective kitchen brigade that embraces all food preparation standards through hands-on education and positive encouragement; Ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes prepared and served in the restaurant.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience).

Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position; Have a flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
