The City of Bothell is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Specialist to become an integral part of our Community Development team. This role is pivotal in managing the alignment of regulatory compliance with developers, community stakeholders, and internal staff, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve adherence to the City's overarching objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the intake, processing, and resolution of Regulatory Compliance Complaints related to land use and construction codes.
- Assist in the interdepartmental corrective handling of compliance cases and related permits.
- Support individuals in navigating the compliance process effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information through various channels.
- Enhance operational workflows and proficiently coordinate with team members.
