Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee Epic program implementations for clients, ensuring the successful achievement of project objectives.
  • Formulate and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in partnership with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to guarantee the effective integration of Epic with various systems and applications.
  • Offer subject matter expertise on Epic's clinical and revenue cycle applications, workflows, and industry best practices.
  • Identify project risks and issues, devise mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, acting as a thought leader in Epic program management and consulting.
  • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on all facets of Epic program implementations.
  • Engage in business development initiatives, including proposal crafting and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Epic Certification is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and consulting, specifically in Epic program implementations.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, complex Epic program implementations, encompassing clinical and revenue cycle applications.
  • In-depth understanding of Epic workflows, data structures, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing teams efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
