Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Operations Supervisor within our expanding organization. This position will be integral to our Building Envelope / Existing Building division and will report directly to a Principal level staff member.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee various consulting projects, ensuring successful execution across multiple phases.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in areas such as Structural Inspections, Reserve Studies, and Water Intrusion Investigations.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain effective communication with clients and internal management teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of project-related documents and reports.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Stay informed about local building codes and regulations.
  • Resource Management: Provide updates on manpower and resource availability, ensuring optimal project staffing.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in billing reviews and collections, as well as P&L assessments.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Principal in charge to estimate new proposals and solicit new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results. Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential for success in this role.
