Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Property Managers in managing properties and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Process move-ins and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in high-volume property management
  • Proficiency in standard administrative functions and strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification a plus
