Fontainebleau Development is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with their requests, such as fuel, catering, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Bill clients for services rendered and maintain accurate records.
- Set up new accounts and perform other clerical duties as required.
- Transport clients to airport terminals and local hotels as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of our customer service department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATA CSS Certified.
- NATA Miss Fuel Prevention.
- TFBO CUS/UNV certified.
- Phone Etiquette Efficient.
- FlightBridge Trained.
- Traqpak Trained.
Working Conditions:
The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis. The ability to work well under pressure and multitask is essential for this role.
