Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of our car wash facilities in Antioch and Smyrna.

Job Description: As the Senior Manager for Wash N Roll, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the performance of our Antioch and Smyrna car wash locations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, supervising a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and customer service representatives, and upholding customer service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team development and performance management. You should also have exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and cost control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Operational Excellence: Supervising the daily operations of both car wash facilities to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and developing a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and customer service representatives.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Upholding and exceeding customer service standards, addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly, and striving for a consistently outstanding experience.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for both locations, developing strategies to improve profitability and manage resources effectively.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, continuously assessing and refining processes to drive performance improvements.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring that all operations adhere to industry regulations and safety standards, conducting regular safety audits and enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inventory Oversight: Managing inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and optimal stock levels.
