About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Spa Operations Manager to join our team at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service in a fast-paced medical spa setting.

Job Summary The Medical Spa Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical spa, ensuring that all patients receive excellent care and service. This includes managing staff, supervising daily activities, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise front desk procedures, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.
  • Oversee the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that everything is properly stocked and maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the facility meets or exceeds BHRC standards and policies.
  • Supervise and train staff members on proper procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee performance reviews and patient data.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A Medical Assistant certification and phlebotomy training/certification.
  • Clean background check.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful conditions.
  • Experience working in a medical spa or dermatological practice is preferred but not required.
