Sales and Service Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Service Specialist to join our team as an Account Manager in the Little Rock region. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and servicing our products and services to customers in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

- Sell and service our products and services to customers in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet business objectives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Industrial Distribution (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and/or hydrostatic components, lube systems, fluid conveyance, equipment operations, and mechanical functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
