Automotive Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at Crain Automotive Team, Arkansas' largest family-owned and operated dealer group.
As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, providing them with exceptional sales and customer service experiences. You will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, prospecting and contacting potential customers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest incentives
- Close and follow up on sales transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong negotiation skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask
