  2. Team Leadership and Management:

  3. Internal Controls and Audits:

  4. Financial Transactions and Reconciliation:

  5. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and financial trends.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
  6. Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
