Job Overview

Adecco is seeking a skilled professional to fill an On-Site Floor Support role in Spring Lake, MI. This temporary position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 based on experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and have a strong ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting orientations and facility tours for new hire classes
  • Monitoring daily attendance and running reports as needed
  • Attending client meetings and providing exceptional support
  • Assisting with onsite timekeeping and ensuring client success metrics are met
  • Engaging with onsite associates and supervisors to address performance and attendance issues
  • Providing support with assignment questions and completing associate counseling when necessary

Qualifications:

Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods. Previous team lead experience in a warehouse setting is desired but not required. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills are essential.

Key skills include Team Leader Skills, People Skills, Conflict Management Skills, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, and Good Judgment.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
