Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at Patricia Johnson - State Farm Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office communications, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and handle incoming inquiries efficiently.
  • Engage in sales conversations to identify opportunities for insurance solutions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the team with various administrative projects and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Benefits Package: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
