Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor

As a Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor at MD Anderson Cancer Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic imaging department. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the daily activities of our imaging team, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the work of imaging technologists, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our imaging services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., radiologic technology, healthcare administration).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management).
• Certification in a related field (e.g., radiologic technology, healthcare administration).
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis.
