We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Professional to join our team at Jobot. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, including financial analysis, forecasting, tax preparation, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Coordinate the preparation of budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Prepare and submit timely monthly financial statements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and tax filings.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies, including the review and implementation of process and system changes.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, financial accounting, tax accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger management.
  • Experience in tax preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and agricultural accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and accounting software systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
