Financial Operations Coordinator

Associated Builders and Contractors NorCal Chapter is hiring a Financial Operations Coordinator to support its financial functions. This role is responsible for providing financial services in support of accounts receivable and accounts payable for various business entities. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience working in AR, AP, or both, and knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office, and/or other accounting software. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with confidential data. The Financial Operations Coordinator will perform accounting and clerical functions to support all departments and business entities. They will be responsible for researching and resolving accounts receivable problems, records business transactions, and maintaining accurate records for AR and AP. This role also involves creating invoices, maintaining customer records, and preparing monthly reports. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The work environment is located in Livermore, CA, and the ideal candidate will be able to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. **Job Description:** The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the following key duties: * Perform accounting and clerical functions to support all departments and business entities. * Research and resolve accounts receivable problems. * Record business transactions and maintain accurate records for AR and AP. * Create and send invoices, account statements, and other financial reports. * Maintain customer records and prepare monthly reports. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** * Bookkeeping experience working in AR, AP, or both. * Knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel, MS Office, and/or other accounting software. * Strong attention to detail. * Strong analytical skills. * Ability to work with confidential data. * Professional demeanor. **Work Environment:** The work environment is located in Livermore, CA.
