Job Summary

The Rose Medical Center Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive training program designed to support the transition of new graduate nurses into professional nursing practice. This 12-month program provides a structured learning environment, hands-on clinical experience, and mentorship from experienced nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the hospital's standards and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment.
