Gandara is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Masters Level Clinician to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our behavioral health services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adults, and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Clinical Services: Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as psychoeducational groups and support services, to clients in our community-based programs.
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely progress notes in our electronic medical record system.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with community-based organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and referrals as needed.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and timely records, complete required reports, and participate in regular supervisory meetings to ensure compliance with program and agency policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, clinical counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensure: Licensed eligible in the state of Massachusetts (LSCW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADCI).
  • Other Requirements: Current and valid driver's license, Massachusetts CANS certification (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or Bicultural: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and families who speak English and Spanish.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
