Warehouse Operations Manager

Masters Gallery Foods is a company that values passion, integrity, and people. We're looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for the direction and management of Warehouse Operations. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction through work practices congruent to Masters Gallery Foods' performance metrics, safety, and regulatory standards while delivering continuously improving results. You will lead Warehouse associates to deliver on-time, quality, and accurate orders to our customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising all Warehouse Department activities, measuring productivity of direct reports, and holding them accountable for meeting required performance standards. You will also ensure all receiving and shipping is completed by required times to facilitate order compliance. Additionally, you will develop direct reports through training, effective communication, and general accountability. You will communicate professionally in a timely manner with Internal and external customers through daily notes, radios, phones, email, and other electronic means. You will gather data, prepare reports, analyze, problem solve, provide findings to various customers, including vendors, outside carriers, sales, transportation, customer service, and customers. You will conduct investigations to identify problem sources and make decisions regarding solutions to those problems. You will perform annual reviews on Warehouse team members. You will share resources with production and quality (labor, equipment, knowledge, etc.) and act as a team member in serving the customer. You will comply with safety, attendance, and performance measures.
Requirements
We are looking for an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Supervisory Management, or equivalent experience. Five plus years of experience in a progressively-responsible Warehouse position is preferred. You should have a working knowledge of Human Resources related laws and regulations. You must have a high level of confidentiality. Previous experience operating a forklift is required. You should be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and supervisory skills are necessary. You should be able to fluently communicate the needs of Warehouse staff.
