Senior Clinician - Juvenile Justice Program

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a licensed Senior Clinician to join our team in Plymouth, MA.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, parents, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Provide individual and family therapy in accordance with program policies and procedures.
  • Manage the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
  • Supervise case management and advocacy for youth.
  • Have knowledge of resources in the community and provide referrals as needed.
  • Attend administrative and clinical meetings, and participate in staff training.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in the Healing Arts and independently licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • At least three years direct experience working with the population.
  • Knowledge and experience with clinical issues of children and adolescents, and working knowledge of DBT and substance abuse.
  • At least one year in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with residents, staff, and community partners.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.
