Senior Clinician

Eliot's juvenile justice program seeks a licensed Senior Clinician to lead our residential network for youth ages 13 to 21. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with flexibility in schedule.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, parents, and referral sources.
Provide individual and family therapy in accordance with program policies and procedures.
Manage the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
Supervise case management and advocacy for youth.
Have knowledge of resources in each community in which youth live.
Attend administrative meetings and facilitate clinical and community meetings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in the Healing Arts and independently licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
At least three years direct experience with the population.
Knowledge and experience with clinical issues of children and adolescents and working knowledge of DBT and substance abuse.
At least one year in a supervisory role.
Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with residents, staff, and supervisor.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.
