Job Title: Assistant BakerAt Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. As an Assistant Baker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our cakes meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Baker in following proprietary recipes and production methods to achieve productivity goals.
- Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and ovens to bake cakes.
- Prepare raw ingredients and equipment for baking, and assist with daily baking and production flow.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, as well as product rotation standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and assist the Baker in maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
