We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee various energy-related initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and sustainability. This role requires a blend of project management skills and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the facilitation of meetings for the Executive Climate Change Coordinating Council and its advisory boards, ensuring alignment with climate action goals.
- Collaborate with staff to identify and implement necessary adjustments to programs and policies, enhancing accessibility to clean energy resources.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving energy affordability for residents through various state programs.
- Engage with community solar and energy efficiency programs, as well as electric vehicle infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with the department's leadership to develop outreach strategies that engage stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate public meetings on energy and environmental issues, fostering community involvement.
- Lead engagement efforts with regional and national energy justice initiatives.
- Manage collaborative projects with housing organizations focused on energy solutions.
- Identify and share best practices for public engagement across all initiatives.
- Support the development of educational materials for diverse audiences, ensuring inclusivity in communication.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
