About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company's information assets.

This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2. The role is completely HYBRID in the Bay Area.

**Important Note:** This client is NOT able to offer VISA or any other kind of sponsorship/transfer. NOT able to work with C2C either.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct security scans, perform penetration tests, and manage security remediation efforts to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Review and update security policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with regulators and external auditors during security assessments to maintain a secure organizational environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on security best practices and maintain a secure organizational environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and implement relevant security measures to protect our company's assets.
Requirements
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISA, or CISM (at least one required)
  • Industry Experience: Recent role in the financial or healthcare industry, ensuring experience in a highly regulated security environment.
  • 5+ years in Security
  • 3+ years in security scanning, penetration testing, remediation, policy review, and staff training.
  • 7+ years in Technology
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Expectations: $120,000 - $155,000
  • Benefits:
