Credence Management Solutions, LLC is in search of a Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to enhance our capabilities within the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) program.
The AF DCGS serves as a pivotal intelligence framework, integrating 27 operational sites across various branches of the military and mission partners, all interconnected through a sophisticated global communications network.
This extensive, network-centric enterprise operates continuously, providing Near-Real-Time (NRT) multi-intelligence solutions to Combatant Commanders (CCMDs worldwide.Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer will be tasked with ensuring that all system and application outputs adhere to the stringent requirements set forth by DoD and Air Force Cybersecurity regulations, which include but are not limited to the following:
Throughout the duration of the contract, the Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer will guarantee that at least 50% of the personnel delivering cybersecurity services hold certifications compliant with DoD M standards.
Ensure all system outputs align with DoD and Air Force Cybersecurity directives, specifically DoDI and AFI 33-200, focusing on Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management.
To validate the correct implementation of Cybersecurity policies across systems, the contractor will ensure adherence to DoD and Air Force Certification and Accreditation protocols, including DoDI and AFI 33-210, which outlines the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Air Force Information Technology.
Facilitate activities that meet the standards of DoDI regarding Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key (PK) Enabling, aimed at establishing standardized PKI-supported functionalities for biometrics, digital signatures, encryption, identification, and authentication.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Candidates must meet one of the following educational and experience criteria:
- Advanced Degree (MA/MS) with 12 years of relevant experience, including 5 years within the DoD.
- BA/BS degree with 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years within the DoD.
- 20 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications, including 8 years within the DoD.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Be open to travel as necessary.
Remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
Ascend and descend stairs as required.
Move equipment weighing up to 25 lbs as needed.
