About the Role

Dew Software is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, Dew Software works with global companies, helping them harness the power of technology while ensuring the security and integrity of their IT systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage security measures to protect our clients' sensitive information.
  • Assess potential risks, develop security policies and protocols, and monitor systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' IT systems and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, firewall technologies, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
  • Experience with identity and access management systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve security issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
