We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Lead Server to join our team at Tarantino Properties. As a Dining Room Lead Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring a high-quality dining experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure beverage orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
- Take food orders, present to the kitchen staff, and deliver meals to residents and guests in a timely and proper manner, adhering to company standards.
- Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to their requests and addressing any concerns or comments in a timely manner.
- Report any resident comments or concerns to the Dining Services Manager immediately.
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables, as well as in-room services as needed.
- Complete all side work as assigned and perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Availability on weekends.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Dining Room setting.
- A passion for working with the Senior population.
