Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of our annual budget process
  • Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process
  • Develop and produce all monthly financial reports
  • Assist in the monthly close process reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis
  • Assist market directors in building proformas and compensation models

  • Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly closing process

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting, with a strong working knowledge of Excel
  • 2-4 years of solid supervisory experience
  • Experience with a budgeting and accounting system, with Oracle software experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
