Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse to join our clinical team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Clinical Care Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Identify and address patient learning needs, providing education and support to enhance patient outcomes
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements through ongoing education and training programs

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year experience in nursing preferred; new graduates welcome
  • Current Texas State RN License or Compact RN License required; BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification required within six months of hire/transfer date
