Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordination of services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine and complex care to patients, with a focus on long-term goals and plans.
  • Continuously develop skills to manage contingencies in clinical nursing practice.
  • Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations.
  • Provides nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty is preferred.
  • RN License in the state of employment or compact required.
  • BLS certification is required.
Salary:

$63,000 - $82,000 per year.
