As the Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team in photographing guests and offering tailored photo packages at the conclusion of their visit. - Overseeing all facets of operating a photo retail business, including guest relations, operations, hiring & training, data analysis, client engagement, and business administration
- Collaborating with the management team to set current and future objectives, strategies, and policies
- Analyzing and interpreting data and reports to enhance performance
- Responding to inquiries and/or complaints with confidentiality and efficiency
- Communicating effectively with staff, clients, and leadership
- Understanding the essential functions of the capture/production/retail roles and performing these functions as needed (training will be provided)
- Establishing clear communication methods throughout the organization
- Completing daily, monthly, and other reporting tasks
- Assisting in scheduling and business administration to ensure smooth operations
- Providing an exceptional experience for guests and representing our client's brand with excellence
- 2 years of experience in retail or customer service management (hospitality experience is a plus)
- A positive and results-driven mindset
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Quick-thinking and adept at multitasking
- Experience in motivating and coaching teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff professionally
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and clients
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
