Adecco Staffing is collaborating with a manufacturing organization. This role is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment.

Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Compensation: $24+ per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Specialist role will demonstrate the capability to support the tasks outlined below and share how previous experiences align with this position.
  • This role is essential for the effective functioning of the facility, fostering a culture focused on quality as we strive for operational excellence.
  • The position will predominantly be conducted in a clean room setting, approximately 80-90% of the time.
  • Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Conducts in-process inspections and communicates inspection outcomes as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in the workplace.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to perform random inspections to evaluate product quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using testing and measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, PI tape, coordinate measuring machine (CMM)).
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Compensation Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
