Overview:
Join Astrix Technology, a leader in the biopharma and advanced technologies sectors, as a Cleanroom Production Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, sanitize, and package Single-Use products following established protocols, technical drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety incidents promptly.
- Adhere to cleanroom standards to sustain an ISO Class 7 environment and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts and follow change management processes.
- Identify and report any potential deviations in processes or products to reduce waste and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace in accordance with 6S principles.
- Assist in inventory management by returning unused components with accurate lot tracking.
- Work within ISO 9001:2015 quality frameworks to meet organizational quality objectives.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks to meet production schedules.
- Document and verify each assembly operation as per established procedures.
- Complete assembly tasks within designated timeframes according to work order requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality assurance by emphasizing the importance of getting it right the first time.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-2 years of experience in a cleanroom production environment.
- Familiarity with interpreting engineering drawings.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
